Quality Inspection
An experienced inspection team of MGA conducts the entire quality control procedure of every single order. All inspectors are well-trained and have rich product knowledge & inspection experiences. To make the inspection result more dependable. Various Non-Destructive Testing(NDT) methods are used, such as:
• Chemical Analysis through the spectrometer. • Eddy Current Testing • Dimension Checking • Hardness Test • MPI Test • Visual Inspection Certain tests can be conducted at our laboratory and sent out to NABL-certified labs for further testing. After every inspection, the senior engineer certifies whether an item has a pending problem or is fit for shipment. Detailed inspection reports for tracing the Mill test certificate release to customers.
